MEETING PACKAGE
Valid from October 2008
for a minimum attendance of 17 persons
WHOLE DAY MEETING PACKAGE: US$ 28 per person
· Meeting room from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
· Standard Meeting Set-up with white paper, pencil.
· Two mineral water 0,5l Vikoda.
· Morning tea break with snacks.
· Lunch (Vietnamese or international set lunch menu).
· Afternoon tea break with snacks
· Free use of in-house Audio/Visual Equipment subject to prior confirmation of availability
· All other equipment will be provided by the organizer or rental from the Resort upon request. (LCD, laptop, computer, TV set, fax machine…)
HALF-DAY MEETING PACKAGE: US$ 23 per person
· Meeting room from 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
· Standard Meeting Set-up with white paper and pencil.
· One mineral water 0,5l Vikoda.
· Morning or afternoon tea break with snacks.
· Lunch (Vietnamese or international set lunch menu).
· Free use of in-house Audio/Visual Equipment subject to prior confirmation of availability
· All other equipment will be provided by the organizer or rental from the Resort upon request. (LCD, laptop, computer, TV set, fax machine…)
All the above rates are subject to 5% service charge and 10% VAT
